so Sunday came and Sunday left...then Monday came and Monday left. neither disappointed me ^.^ i had the 2 awesomest days ever :D
Cece's bbq was, as kristi said,
THE bbq of the century *heehee* first things first, God was totally in control and He made it such a great success!!! coz when things looked really bad, like a prediction of 50% chance of rain O.O; and all picnic shelters being reserved and taken :S God held up the rain till today and gave us instead a sunny day with nice wind!!! then we found a perfect site with washrooms and taps nearby (which proved to be REALLY useful for our waterfight :'D) and a campfire thingy for our campfire! *LOL!* needless to say, everything else went really smooth too ^.^
i dunno, for the first time of all our parties, i really can't think of anything else to describe it!!! i could go on and on about what happened but...the experience was juz too
different to put in words *haha!* i mean...how can i describe how i felt when i saw that awesome
fire? or when we played
waterfights and getting myself totally dunked at the end coz i dumped my whole 1.5litre bottle of water on jon who dumped all of joel's 1.5litre bottle of water on me in revenge? *hahahahahahaha* ok...i guess i asked for it despite knowing full well that i don't have extra clothes >.< *heehee* but then again, i got hit by the
water bombs before that and those made me wet already!!! (believe this or not, the water bomb actually burst, and not bounced off, on me! :'D ouch. *haha*) then there were the
games that david and jon planned and the hr that my group used juz trying to
get one of the games *LOL!* (we lost, if u were wondering *haha* i don't think any of the groups that i was in actually won!) and the
frisbee practice btw me and rainbow's 1 metre distance in comparison to gabriel and kristi's erm...5? and how that winnie the pooh
kite that joel got high up into the sky flew off coz he didn't realize that the string wasn't connected to the handle and he let all the string go :'D it got stuck in a tree and then some kid found it and joel had to "fight the kid for it" :S *LOL!* then there's the
bridge match btw effie, david, jon and me :D hey we helped them to break even alright?!! our alliance rox!!! *heehee* of coz, not forgetting the ACTUAL
bbq-ing and
campfire!!! breathing in all the crazy smoke and squating and trying to sit on wooden blocks which couldn't work as wood for the fire coz they were "toxic wood" :S sparklers, glowsticks, flames that change colour...marshmallows, worship songs and canto songs :'D it ended with hurried packing coz we didn't wanna be locked in when the park closes and ken was barking at all of us that we have 6 minutes to get to the car :'D
i think i got really hyper frm breathing in all the smoke...but then again, maybe not! *heehee* maybe it's the waterfights man...i have no idea why but i actualli enjoy getting dunked :'D *haha* since young though...it was like that even for the singapore church camps that i had! it's always the highlight of the entire thing :D even though it's cold and i had to borrow clothes frm pple after...
anyways!
HAPPY 17 CECE! (though u're probably not gonna see this!) hope u like that crazy scrapbook effie and me made and karaoke today was awesome too :D
